We enjoyed our stay in this city as the hotel was located right on the lake's shore, giving us gorgeous views of both the water and the snow-capped mountains. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a heated outdoor pool that was perfect for relaxing, and an indoor spa that added to our relaxation. Plus, it was a pleasant surprise to find wifi connection almost everywhere in the hotel, even at the bar and near the swimming pool.

The hotel's prime location right on the shore of a beautiful lake makes it a stunning and picturesque place to stay. it is situated in close proximity to the Achensee ski and Rodel attractions, making it a perfect spot for winter sports enthusiasts. the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and great views of the surrounding area. the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruit, cereals, bread, and custom omelettes. the hotel offers top-notch facilities, including a lovely swimming pool and a large playingroom for families.
The staff's lack of proficiency in English may pose an issue for international visitors needing assistance.

There are rooms at the edge of the building having a part of it with a bastion shape. In it there are 5 windows from which you can see the surrounding area. The view is fabulous.
Be careful! I booked a room for a week. On the first night they gave me a smaller room with a mountain view. Next day, after I complained, I got another with a lake view. Finally I payed the same amount that I booked, meaning that if I had not complained I would got a smaller, less valuable room for the same price.

Very comfortable room with excellent view of mountains and lake. Delicious breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. A pity we did not get to enjoy the pool - we were too busy with outdoor activities.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel with stunning lake views from our large suite and a tasty dinner buffet. The bathroom was well-equipped with underfloor heating and toiletries. The location was perfect, with plenty of free parking and a place with sun loungers across the quiet road.
The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot, especially during the night. The absence of a fridge was also inconvenient, meaning we had to keep cold drinks outside on the balcony.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and served a very good breakfast buffet.
Internet connection was poor, as it was very slow and spotty.

We had a wonderful stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel by the lake. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and easy access to ski and Rodel attractions. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with spacious rooms and a fantastic lakeside pool and lounging area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. They even went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as new parents, providing a cot and arranging for a more private dining area during breastfeeding. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and great value for money. The facilities, including the spa, saunas, and wellness center, were of a high standard.
We recommend this hotel to everyone.
